The high temperature hydrogen flame is well suited for

thermal cutting applications, giving short preheat time and

outstanding cutting speed.

To complete the process, external oxygen is required,

although the consumption can be significantly reduced, due to

the supplementary oxygen generated from electrolysis

process.

The HydroCut System will integrate seamlessly with your

existing cutting accessories such as manual torches and

automated cutting machines. No changes is cutting

accessories is necessary.

GasTec has designed cutting nozzles that is optimized for

hydrogen flame. These high speed hydrogen cutting nozzles

can deliver speed improvement up to 25% over comparable

nozzles. Furthermore, the cleaner hydrogen fuel results in a

longer nozzle life span compared to traditional fuel gas.

The Hydrogen flame produces minimum slag and a finer

cutting quality compared to acetylene and LPG gases. Postcut

cleaning and grinding is minimized, resulting in higher

productivity and reduced labor cost.

Hydrogen gas is generated on demand. Each generator can

support multiple torch depending on plate thickness and

output capacity. GasTec produces a wide range of

backed by 12 month warranty.
